The Pink City Triceratops are champions of Rajasthan after an unbeaten run through the Monsoon Cup 2025 in Jaipur. The Triceratops put on a powerful display to clinch the Cup with a hotly-contested 15-point win over the Bhilwara Giants in the Grand Final.

Organised by the Footy Association of Rajasthan, the AFL Monsoon Cup 2025 showcased a 9-a-side format with four teams from Rajasthan competing – the Triceratops, Giants, Jaipur Eagles and Jhunjhunu Bombers.

Association spokesperson David D’Costa said the staging of the Monsoon Cup reflects the rising popularity of AFL in India, especially in Rajasthan.

‘With players from Jaipur, Jhunjhunu, Bhilwara and other districts, the tournament showcases emerging AFL talent from across many regions of Rajasthan,’ he said.

‘This event serves as a platform for rising stars, school-level footy players and community-driven clubs to unite under one goal, to grow AFL as a premier sport in Rajasthan.’

Pink City Triceratops (Jaipur Urban)

Representing Jaipur Urban, Triceratops bring flair, fitness and a fierce attack on the ball. Known for clinical execution, contested marking and strong finishes.
