With the reliance on umpires to help grow our game in the region, all clubs in Asia have a responsibility to contribute to the development of umpires.
With an aim of increasing the numbers of experienced umpires in our region, and for the continued success of the Asian Champs, all clubs are asked to provide at least one central umpire Clubs are also encouraged to set up mentoring and training programs for umpires.
This year we have a focus on respect for officials, with the “No Umpire – No Game” campaign.
