Auskick and junior football programs have returned in force across Asia, with eased restrictions allowing boys and girls from across the continent to get their first kicks in for the year. With the teams in Singapore, Hong Kong and Bali putting in a power of work behind the scenes to get their 2021 seasons off the ground in a Covid-safe way, we’re hoping to see the next generation of AFL and AFLW superstars strut their stuff across all corners of Asia.

The Singapore Sharks AFL are entering week 2 of their 12 week 2021 regular season and once again have strong participation numbers out on the training track. The Sharks have one of the biggest junior football programs in the world and currently have boys and girls Under 5’s, Under 7’s, Under 9’s, Under 11’s, Under 13’s Under 15’s and a senior team.

The Bali Geckos have also recently ramped up their Auskick program and have had record numbers in attendance under the guidance of senior Geckos players and 2018 Division 1 Asian Champs winning player-coach Rick Olarenshaw. The Bali Geckos are offering their Auskick program free of charge and is held every Wednesday from 5pm at the beautiful Finns Recreation Club.

Auskick Hong Kong are gearing up for their 2021 season with their registration process well and truly underway ahead of their season kicking off on April 24 & 25.
